1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Custom Products: As all our products are customized to meet specific requirements, they are non-returnable. Exchanges are only available for products that carry the Sumati International brand name.
  • Opening Evidence: For an exchange request to be processed, customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs as evidence to show that the product was received in faulty or damaged condition.
  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact our support team via email at support@sumatiglobal.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and required opening video/photo proof.
  • Step 2: Upon approval, we will arrange for the exchange, subject to product availability. In case an identical product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative.

3. Exchange Policy Exceptions

  • Logistics Constraints: As logistics and shipping are not within our direct control, there are situations where an exchange may not be feasible. In such cases, we will do our best to provide a reasonable solution, but we cannot guarantee a resolution in every instance.
  • Partial Compensation: In exceptional cases, where an exchange is impossible due to factors beyond our control, we may offer partial compensation, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis without guarantees.
